Neelam Chopra - Owner

Neelam Chopra is the administrator/owner who leads the Lotus team with a passion for helping her clients to feel beautiful in mind, body, and soul.

Neelam has pursued her passion for beauty and rejuvenation since 2016. She is a certified CoolSculpting consultant and has acquired many other certifications in the field of massage therapy, esthetics, skincare as well as a full range of body therapies.

Neelam personally involves herself in all the top-quality services that the spa has to offer that aim to refresh a client’s appearance and restore a youthful
glow. She believes that the aesthetic industry is constantly evolving and continues to expand upon the treatments she offers, transforming her spa into a full-service Aesthetic Institute. These services allow her to provide the highest quality aesthetic techniques transforming the skin and the body with beautiful results.

Dr. Ajay Jetley, MD - Medical Director

Dr. Jetley is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has over 10 years of experience in treating a variety of medical conditions across all patient populations. He completed his professional training and residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, OH.

As an adjunct to Emergency Medicine, his expertise now extends to acute outpatient care, working and managing several urgent care centers across Northern New Jersey.

Dr. Jetley is excited to join Lotus Health & Aesthetics and looks forward to this new endeavour!

Brittany Mauro, APN, FNP
Brittany has been a Nurse Practioner for 8 years as a graduate from Monmouth University. Brittany received her training with a special interest in Aesthetics (botox & filler) from NLI. She resides in Howell with her husband and 2 sons. She enjoys continuing her education within the aesthetics world providing the most providing the most natural looking results. Nicole- APN

Nicole has worked in healthcare since the age of 16 and has a passion for helping others. She graduated in 2013 from Georgian Court University with her BSN and continued her education at Monmouth University completing her Master’s Degree in 2019 as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Nicole’s nursing clinical experience includes home IV therapy infusions and the Emergency Room. Nicole currently works at Immediate Care Urgent Care as a FNP. Nicole obtained training at National Laser Institute, with a focus in Botox and Filler.

Janine - Massage Therapist & Lymphatic Drainage

Janine Bigos, LMT, CHC, is a graduate of the American Institute of Alternative Medicine, where she completed the Medical Massage and Spa Therapy Program. Her experience includes: Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Chair Massage, Myofascial Release, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

She holds additional certifications in Orthopedic Massage and Active Isolated Stretching, which she obtained by training with top experts in the industry. Additionally, she is a MELT Method instructor, training with Sue Hitzmann, the creator of the practice and is a Certified Reiki Practitioner.

Janine Bigos graduated from the Health Coach Institute with a Certification in Health Coaching, and then went on to continue her coaching education at the Master Health Coach Academy.

Janine has worked in corporate health and wellness as well as private sector for many years. She is incredibly passionate of her work in helping others to thrive.

Frida - Laser Specialist

Frida graduated Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and later on continued her education at Institute for Laser Medicine and ILM Aesthetics. She has the desire to help people to feel confident and empowered through self- expression and she is able to do that with the help of Laser treatments. Frida is a Laser Aesthetician as well as a CoolSculpting Specialist and with these treatments she is able to assist her patients feel at their best!
