How long is each membership?
Membership terms are for 12 months and your payment will be charged to the card on file automatically monthly. Your membership renews anually on your sign-up date. Minimum term is 3 months and you are free to cancel anytime after.
How do I cancel my membership?
A minimum of 3 months is required for all memberships. After the 3 month minimum requirement has been met you may cancel your membership at any time by text or calling our office.
What are the benefits of a membership?
Our promotional pricing is only available at certain times of the year. With a membership you lock in discounts and lower rates year round leaving you the freedom to have treatments on your schedule.
What if promotional pricing is better than membership pricing?
We have created great membership pricing. We do not expect promotional pricing to beat our membership pricing unless a special promotion is provided from one of our product or treatment partners. If the promotional pricing ever beats our membership pricing we will honor the lower price.
Terms and Conditions
– All products and services offered are subject to change; Members will be notified of changes to pricing, terms, or conditions at least two weeks in advance.
– Membership payments will be processed monthly.
– Payments for products or services will be required at the time of the transaction.
– A minimum of three months commitment is required. Members are free to cancel at any time after the initial 3 months.
– Membership promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers or promotions; the lower of either the membership pricing or promotional pricing will be applied at checkout.
– You must be 18 years or older to sign-up for a membership.
– Lotus reserves the right to review memberships and deny, suspend, or cancel your membership if the terms are not met.
– Any renewal charges that have been processed are final.
– Memberships can only be processed through a debit or credit card.
– There is a 7 day lapse period. If a new form of payment is not provided the membership will be canceled.
– All banked services will be forfeited if your account is cancelled.
